**MISSION**:
Manager l'équipe Search de 14p (dont 3 chefs de groupe et 11 Search Executive), créer et évangéliser une vision Search auprès des équipes et des clients de l'agence.
L'agence a des grands comptes des secteurs Auto, Travel, Retail et FMCG.

**RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS**:
Accompagner les équipes Search dans leur mission de conseil stratégique et d'achat média ; dont 3 chefs de groupe responsable de leur équipe Search Executive. Le Search est un levier majeur de l'agence et les montants investis sont de plusieurs M€/an (Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Microsoft Ads, Kenshoo + marketplaces Amazon et C-discount.
Evangéliser le Search auprès des équipes conseil et expertes media (social, programmatique) ainsi qu'auprès des clients ; savoir traduire le levier de manière simple pour fédérer l'ensemble des parties prenantes.
Gérer un compte clé du secteur Auto et participer aux compétitions de l'agence.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:
Excellent(e) communicant(e), tu connais le Search sur le bout des doigts et tu es en veille en permanence pour connaître toutes les nouveautés et évangéliser sur ce levier de manière simple. Energique et doté(e) d'un esprit entrepreneurial, tu partages volontiers ta vision du Search avec tes équipes et tes clients. Tu rejoins une belle agence à taille humaine où on se sent bien et tu auras l'opportunité d'apporter ta contribution et d'évoluer. Ton n+1 est le Head of digital et le N+2 le DG de l'agence média.
