Position Overview
As the Sales Team Leader, you are responsible for driving both sales performance and people development. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Account Executives while actively engaging in strategic deals to secure the region's growth targets. You'll report to the Heads of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
- Define and track sales targets (ARR, PS, cross-sell, churn) and ensure consistent performance.
- Support your team in complex deals (co-selling, forecasting, negotiation, closing).
- Foster a high-performance culture built on transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
Business Development
- Actively contribute to revenue growth by managing or supporting key strategic accounts.
- Shape and execute go-to-market plans by vertical and by country.
- Drive prospecting, upsell, and renewal actions in line with company strategy.
Sales Operations & Forecasting
- Ensure pipeline accuracy and forecast reliability.
- Enforce the use of MEDDPICC methodology and stage discipline within CRM.
- Run weekly sales reviews and share insights with senior management and marketing.
About YOU
- 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 1-2 years in a team-lead or sales-management position.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders and countries.
- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to coach for performance.
- Comfortable working with KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline management tools.
- Positive leadership, strong communication, and people-first mindset.
- Fluent in French, English and Dutch
