As a **Customer Support Specialist**, you’ll play a key role in assisting customers with their **Dyson** devices, responding to their questions, and providing guidance on product usage and technical troubleshooting.

**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Providing information and assistance on Dyson products, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions to customer inquiries.
- Processing warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
- Offering product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
**Job Requirements**:
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in **French** and **English**.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
- Experience in customer support or technical support roles will be appreciated.
