_Our client is currently seeking French speakers to work _**REMOTELY**_in a customer service position_

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.
- **Recruitment Process**:Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview)
- **No Experience Needed**:Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things
- **Work 8h a day, 5 days a week**

**About the project**:
You will be supporting French-speaking clients of a Singaporean multinational technology company. The company designs and manufactures household appliances such as vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hand dryers, bladeless fans, heaters, hair dryers, lights, even headphones.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Answering inbound calls from retail customers, who have either Sales, Aftersales, product enquiries and delivery-related questions or other issues related to the client's sales platform
- Checking out all the products that is set up on premises.
- Escalateing any issue that cannot be resolved to the client

The role is mainly customer service, with sales and tech support aspects.

**What you will need**:

- Fluent level of French language (at least C1+)
- Good level of English language (at least B2+)
- Communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
- Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
- You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package

- **Full-time, fixed-term Greek contract**:

- After 1 year of employment, the gross salary increases to 50 €
