Working in the System and Process department, you will be in charge of managing the Process & System team members responsible for:

- Creating a global standard and maintaining it with the best practices around the globe
- The design, documentation, optimization, and oversight of specific business processes related to managing insurance or reinsurance contracts. You will make sure these processes are handled smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with regulations and company policies taking into account local specificities but by making sure that it fits the global standard.
- Managing the adherence with the different department (claims, underwriting, actuaries, pricing & modelling, finance, closing, compliance, tax)
- Acting as a strategic thought partner to upgrade existing system & implementing new ones
- Manage company resources responsibly and effectively
- Coach, mentor and assist in the training of more junior staff where appropriate
- Demonstrate commitment for achieving team and department objectives and adjust work activities accordingly
- Participate in projects as required
- Work closely and effectively with other internal stakeholders providing support and insight when required and appropriate
- Develop and document the standard processes
- Maintain a comprehensive documentation that is usable from the expert to the user to the external stakeholder.
- Collaborate with the TA&A Community and all the stakeholders of the company to gather best practices, requirements & enhancements and integrate it into the standard processes
- Prioritize the different changes based on the business value and within the strategic vision
- Translate high level requirements into user stories to enable system changes and work closely with IT to make sure a good understanding of what is expected
- Communicate actively with the development teams and the business stakeholders
- Maintain a monitoring framework of the processes with the data analyst to proactively enhance the processes and avoid any bottleneck that arise within.
- Monitor the resinsurance market to capture any regulatory changes and the industry best practices making sure that the TA&A department is competitive
- Organize and train the teams and new comers
- Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions and automation tools

**Experience**:

- In-depth knowledge of reinsurance and single risk business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in reinsurance
