Groupe indépendant, notre client est leader mondial dans la conception, la fabrication et la vente de composants, de systèmes intégrés et de modules pour l’industrie automobile. Il accompagne les plus grands constructeurs mondiaux sur l’ensemble de leurs marchés. Pour la Division au cœur de l’innovation et du développement du Groupe, centrée sur le véhicule autonome et l’aide à la conduite, nous recherchons le:
**Process Engineering Manager H/F**
Reportant au Directeur Industriel, vous accompagnez la stratégie industrielle des sites de production de cartes électroniques (une trentaine répartie mondialement) en vous assurant de la cohérence du programme d’industrialisation, en accompagnant les choix d’évolution capacitaire et en apportant une vision globale des enjeux pour orienter les prises de décision (budgets, investissements, processus et méthodologie). Pour ce faire, vous animez un réseau d’une quinzaine d’Ingénieurs Process basés sur les principales usines du Groupe en Europe
- Afrique, aux US et en Asie.
**VOTRE MISSION (liste non exhaustive)**:
**Management transverse**
- Dynamiser la communauté des Ingénieurs Process en favorisant les partages et best practices selon les projets et lignes de produits.
- Permettre aux équipes de monter en compétences tant sur le plan technique que méthodologique sur les projets.
**Stratégie industrielle**
- Opérer les choix des technologies industrielles mises en œuvre pour votre périmètre et accompagner les sites pour les décisions industrielles (stratégie Make or Buy).
- S’assurer de la bonne réalisation des plans de montée en compétences, capacité et en performance.
- Déterminer les sites retenus pour l’industrialisation des nouveaux produits,
- Définir et faire appliquer les standards des process d’assemblage,
- Animer le comité de standardisation pour votre périmètre.
**VOTRE PROFIL**
Issu d’une formation supérieure en Electronique ou en Mécanique, vous justifiez d’une solide expérience industrielle avec un rapport important aux machines et aux équipements. Vous avez évolué dans le monde de l’ingénierie industrielle et vous souhaitez changer de dimension. Vous avez déjà mis en place une standardisation des process d’assemblage et vous avez assuré le support des équipes sur sites.
Au sein d’un acteur de l’Automobile ou de l’Electronique (grandes séries), vous avez démontré vos qualités d’organisateur, votre assertivité et votre capacité à travailler en transversal. Vous êtes à l’aise dans une constante adaptation au changement engendrée par l’arrivée de nouveaux produits et par une innovation qui est l’un des principaux moteurs de performance des leaders industriels de demain.
Vous êtes désireux d’avoir plus d’autonomie et de responsabilités dans vos fonctions et recherchez un poste clé, exposé au sein d’un projet stratégique à forte visibilité pour un Groupe de dimension mondiale. Un anglais de bon niveau est requis tant pour mener à bien les missions du poste que pour évoluer au sein du Groupe.
