**Your role and responsibilities**:
We're looking for a talented Project Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for selling complex medium-voltage solutions in a predefined geographical area or market segment. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, prospects and partners. Duties : - Promote and sell complex solutions by achieving volume, product mix and profitability targets. - Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions. - Work in project mode with technical teams to ensure the success of offers. - Negotiate commercial and legal contracts with the support of internal departments. - Use Sales Force to formalize sales follow-up and collaborate with the extended sales team to identify new opportunities. - Maintain a competitive watch to monitor developments in the industrial market, and travel frequently in mainland France and occasionally abroad.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- 5-year degree in engineering or equivalent, ideally complemented by commercial experience.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proficiency in IT and digital customer follow-up tools.
