**Your Impact**:
**Specifically, the Programme Manager will**:

- Develop country-specific plan to sustainably increase disability representation through enablement, processes, events and regional playbook improvements;
- Provide flawless execution of the 3 year Disability Plan Collective agreement and underling budget management and reporting
- Have an understanding of the latest Country laws and regulations and efficiently incorporate them into the program;
- Maintain disability-related compliance in Country (including relationships with government bodies) and relationships with representative bodies while carrying out the duties of the Referent Handicap.
- Collaborate with Recruiting teams to attract, source, and hire talent with disabilities;
- Identify talent pipelines and sourcing partners that are passionate about employing people with disabilities;
- Create and deliver enablement to Recruitment teams;
- Empower Hiring Managers with standard methodologies to help them hire and support the career growth of talent with disabilities;
- Use metrics and storytelling to communicate success and report the programme progress and success;
- Contribute as team member to other EMEA projects and activities as required

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience with disability inclusion and accessibility in a corporate setting with multiple successful implementation of disability plans (Mission Handicap, Referent Handicap)
- At least 7 years of program management, project management, or workforce development experience
- Degree or relevant experience. Experience is evaluated based on the day-to-day skills required for the role, and can be from a variety of sources (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience).
- Fluency in English

**Desired Skills & Experience**:
Strong understanding of local legislation and third-party organizations related to disability
- Prior experience as Referent Handicap / Mission Handicap Leader
- Experience in driving solutions for the challenges that people with disabilities encounter in the workplace

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, constantly evolving workplace
- Ability to simultaneously lead complex workloads, multiple demands, and different priorities
- Ability to collaborate and influence in a highly matrixed organization
- A proactive, resourceful self-starter with strong innovation, creative and problem-solving skills
- Experience with a collaboration suite such as Google Workplace Apps and Project management software
