We have a unique opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
**REPORTS TO: Marketing Director**
**STATUS: Exempt, Full-Time**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collaborate with each member of the marketing team to ensure timelines and deadlines are being met. Coordinate activity through daily interaction and weekly team meetings
- Build and maintain asset library for marketing assets including images and videos
- Support key functionality of the Harken websites, including updates to website imagery
- Loves the creative output as much as the strategy behind it—but is passionate about both.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Is uncommonly curious
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role
- Bachelors degree required. Major in business / communications a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Versatile and adaptable mindset. No two days are the same. Willingness to learn and support wherever it is needed
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Solid organization skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with co-workers.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, feel or handle objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands or arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
