As a Revenue Operations Manager your mission will be to align sales, marketing and customer success operations across the full customer lifecycle in order to drive growth and revenue through operational efficiency.

At Bodyguard.ai each business team plays a role in driving up revenue. As our Revenue Operations Manager you will help the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams get more value from their assets: human capital, tools, processes, data and knowledge.

**This includes but is not limited to**:

- Owning and implementing the revenue Ops strategy (processes, data, tools, knowledge).
- Managing and enhancing our CRM (Hubspot): you facilitate the day-to-day work of the revenue teams by collecting and satisfying the functional CRM needs (workflows, pipeline, automations, scoring, nurturing, knowledge.) and by ensuring the quality of the data collected.
- Building a deep understanding of our Sales, Growth, and CSM performance at each stage of the funnel.
- Running data analyses to identify levers of improvement across the funnel for Sales, Growth, and CSM
- Leading initiatives aiming at improving our Sales methodology, processes and organization,
- Defining and implementing new processes aiming at improving the teams’ efficiency
- Monitoring and improving pipeline hygiene
- Building and adapting sales compensation plans
- Monitoring the contract signing process and contributing to legal negotiations with clients
- Implementing and maintaining the Sales tools stack (Gong, Pandadoc, Hubspot, Sales Navigator)
- Contributing to key Sales, Growth, and CSM enablement initiatives such as onboarding, workshops, training
- Building and maintaining Sales documentation in our knowledge base (Notion)

**Our targeted profile**:
Here are the experience and the main skills that will help you thrive in this position:

- 3-5 years of experience in an Operations role in a Tech company/startup, or in Business consulting with exposure to operational topics
- Excellent project management and execution skills in a complex environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Data driven mindset
- Strong business acumen
- Mastery of Excel/Gsheet
- Knowledge of Hubspot CRM and other sales productivity tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Doer mindset and appetite for getting close to the field and solving operational problems
- Ability to build successful relationships with several stakeholders, convince people and drive changes across the sales organization
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, with a high degree of adaptability
- Fluency in English (written and oral)

**The following are a plus**:

- Experience in a very similar role in a Tech scale up
- Mastery of Notion
- Appetite for Legal related topics
