**The Neurotoxin Pipeline **Asset Medical Lead **is responsible for** the **Neurotoxin **Asset Medical Strategy and **optimal** execution of **the **Medical** plan to ensure the **timely** achievement of the Asset’s **objectives**.**

**They** **are a leading member of the Neurotoxin **Asset Team** (AT)** and **lead** **or delegate **appropriate** Neurotoxin **Sub-team**s** including the** **Medical Affairs Sub Team**.**

**Your role will involve**
- Highly pro-active cross functional working, leading member of the Neurotoxin Asset Team and a leader within the Global Cross-Functional Teams for Neuroscience
- Accountable for appropriate Asset Sub Teams as agreed with the Neurotoxin Asset Lead and VP GMA Neuroscience
- Define the Asset strategy to maximize value: Lead the creation and communication of integrated evidence generation plan (IEGP)
- Lead the strategy for Scientific Communication Planning including congresses and publications
- Leading contributor to the Asset TPP/TVP
- Add proactive value to the Clinical Development Team and plans through deep medical insights
- Lead Early Access Strategic Planning where relevant
- Lead Medical Education and HCP Training strategic planning
- Generates ideas for Lifecycle Management based on deep insights
- Ensure alignment prior to AT meetings with function
- Management of global asset medical studies and programs including performance and safety and GCP compliance
- Work with the Head of GMA Neuroscience to develop annual medical affairs strategic and tactical plans based on product and disease state.
- Ensure the right allocation of effort, resource and alignment on priorities together with VP GMA Neuroscience
- Builds the Asset budget and 5YP plan and ensures optimal execution
- Foster Patient Engagement all along the value chain
- Drive and manage all medical affairs activities for Neurotoxin indications in close collaboration with global and local medical affairs as well as cross-functional teams.
