**Role Overview**
As Marketing Director Western Europe, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans aligned with product and regional revenue goals. You will define go-to-market strategies for new (70% partner, 30% direct) and existing customers, oversee campaign development, and set KPIs in collaboration with Marketing Operations. By collaborating with leadership team, you will define clear target markets and customer segments. Additionally, you manage budgets for all regional marketing activities.

What you'll do
- Develop and drive the go-to-market strategy for Western Europe, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and strategic alignment for each product in your region
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing leaders in the US and Central Europe to align marketing initiatives and manage agency partnerships to support regional marketing objective and revenue targets.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing and lead generation campaigns - including events - to drive MQLs, upsell, and cross-sells for direct and partner sales teams.
- Manage the online presence in the Western Europe market and ensure consistent, relevant, and engaging content, media, advertisement across all digital channels, in alignment with global brand guidelines and in collaboration with internal marketing teams, and external agencies.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment while supporting individual growth through structured professional development.
What you'll need
- Experience in planning and executing B2B lead generation campaigns for complex technology products
- Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies across multiple product lines
- Understand the intricacies localizing of marketing Proven ability to define and defend market positioning for several products
- Familiarity with account-based marketing best practices
- Proven ability to lead internal teams and manage external partners to achieve marketing targets
- Practical experience with marketing automation and campaign management tools
- Native-level French and business-fluent English for effective communication in international environments
