Job Description*
Context: *
The role of the Social Media Manager will be to significantly grow and engage Deezer’s online communities to promote Deezer brand, product benefits and content. This role defines the editorial strategy and implements campaigns and activations that support it, alongside the community management.
**What will you do**:
- Define and manage Deezer France's social media strategy according to the objectives and KPIs set in line with the Global brand strategy
- Develop strategic recommendations for the social media activations in line with the marketing and communication activations of Deezer France, either planned and/or reactive to current social media trends
- Manage daily content for Deezer France on its current social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok and remain proactive and create reactive content in line with currents trends in music and culture
- Create various reports (weeklies, by project ) and manage paid media budgets and planning
- Create and produce social media content: follow-up of interviews, editorial management and validation of content with various team and manage the relationship and workflow with a social media agency
- Coordinate with the global social media team and adapt content formats when needed, and manage the relationship and coordinate with various teams: studio, editorial, communications
- Community management: strengthen the loyalty of our communities, reinforce Deezer’s brand, answer user questions and work closely with Customer Support team and to be guardian of the social tone of voice, making sure that all communication is in line with the brand's tone of voice
Qualifications*
This role is excellent for a person with: *
- 5+ years of experience in social media and community management (agency background is a plus)
- Excellent grammar and spelling skills in French, very good English level
- Excellent digital, social media and influencer cultural knowledge, with a strong affinity for music
- Hands-on knowledge of relevant social media tools and communication techniques
- Proactive approach, drive for excellence, creative and curious individual with team spirit
- Adobe Premier and/or other editing software skills are a plus
