With its team of 550 experts across more than 20 countries, D-EDGE maintains a local presence to support its clients in mastering its products and solutions. **CONTEXT**: As D-EDGE’s social media manager, you'll help our brand increase its exposure by developing and implement the social media strategy, editorial line and creative concepts. You’ll foster a Social Media culture at all levels of the company, and provide this expertise to D-EDGE Exec Committee and designated key Staff. **ORGANISATION**: Within the Marketing & Communication department, you will be reporting to D-EDGE Corporate & EMEA Communications Director. You’ll be working within the Marketing & Communications team, which consists of 6 D-EDGERs. **MISSIONS**: As a social media manager, you will: - Develop D-EDGE social media strategy and set KPIs and objectives - Establish a consistent, powerful editorial line - Identify and coach key “Brand ambassadors” in the company and help them produce personalised content to increase their influence - Manage the editorial planning, publish the posts and moderate the comments on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, adapting content to suit these different channels - Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms - Animate social media communities by engaging to social media posts and developing discussions - Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms - Monitor Industry trends and competition - Curate content - Recommend improvements to increase performance - Manage a budget for social media activities - Empower D-EDGERs on the use of social media and promote its use within the company - Pair the Comex members to help them develop and maintain their personal branding **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: - Min. 5 years of experience in defining, implementing and managing social media strategies (organic and paid) - A solid understanding of social media platforms and algorithms - Fluent English mandatory, French is a plus - Strong copywriting and editorial skills in English: you how to write impactful posts, infuse a brand identity, or deploy storytelling techniques to go viral - A good understanding and appetite for the technology industry - A creative mind for contributing new and innovative ideas - Operational skills in Photoshop/Canva is a plus - Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients - An appetite for team working, collaboration and networking - Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects - An analytical, result-oriented mind - Knowledge of the hotel tech industry would be a plus **WHAT WE OFFER**: - D-Edge is Remote Friendly - 2 days in the office / 3 days remotely - Remote allowance: 2,50€ / day within the limit of three days per week - Betterway, 50% of transport costs from home to work or/and of the "Forfait Mobilité durable" - Meal Allowance (9,48 euros/day paid at 60 %) - Accor Employee Card : Discount on hotel bookings - Incentives plans, bonuses and wage savings - Individual access to the Udemy e-learning platform (more than 100,000 online courses) CSE: Sports and cultural activities, gift cards and various discounts - Noos & Vendredi, to get involved in civic and committed actions **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
