As part of a team of 4 people reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Director, you ensure the day-to-day management, coordination, development and optimization of compensation and benefits systems.

As a specialist in your field, you will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing evaluation of compensation and benefits programs for the International scope.

As a true business partner, you will have a strong operational dimension that positions you in interaction with the managerial and HR teams.

**As such, your missions within your scope are as follows**:

- Participate in the group compensation policies design process
- Ensure group compensation policies are properly applied to the countries
- Align all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations
- Participate in the Compensation Surveys and ensure calibration with the group
- Analyze the results and ensure the competitivity of compensation packages along with internal equity within the group
- Coordinate C&B processes including Annual Salary Review & bonus calculations for the countries
- Overview benefits and ensure consistency across locations

**Profile**:

- With a higher education in HR / C&B, you have at least **4/5 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits function in a company with an international dimension.**:

- You are able to take a step back, analyze and synthesize a large flow of data. You have a real sensitivity for HR issues and a sense of confidentiality.
- You have a** perfect command of Excel** (advanced functions, pivot tables, graphics, macros) and ideally have knowledge of HRIS Workday.
- Your** interpersonal skills **are an additional asset for working with various internal contacts.
- Rigor, reliability, honesty and a sense of customer service will be the qualities sought to succeed in this position.

**You must be fluent in English (oral & written).**
