Position
**I- MISSION**:
Working with the Head of Management Control
- Develop or adapt new reports and tools based on the MyReport BI software, integrating data from other business tools.
- Improve the structure of estimates to project requirements, taking into account the specific characteristics of scientific activities and their development.
- Take charge of reporting, budgetary processes and cut-offs, as well as monitor the research projects invoicing.

**II - LOCATION**: Lyon Gerland
**III- Main Activités**:
**Development of reporting, management tools and procedures**:

- Administration and development of the MyReport BI tool.
- Production of existing reports at a defined frequency, with the expected level of quality.
- Helping to ensure the reliability of business data using BI reports
- Definition, implementation and automation of reports and data production for finance, management and operational staff.
- Updating the cost repositories used for BIOASTER analyses and estimates.
- Understanding and identifying data and informations of interest from other business tools (project and time management, purchasing, etc.) for integration.
- Updating and monitoring project estimates relating to scientific activities.

**Contributing to budget process and cut-offs**:

- Participating in the budget exercise and monitoring
- Setting up and participating in monthly and quarterly cut-offs
- Updating procedures

**Analysis and monitoring of project budgets**:

- ManagingEuropean projects portfolio of (ensuring that regulations are applied, periodic financial reporting, monitoring expenditure, signing timesheets, etc.)
- Project budget monitoring (statement of expenditure)
- Drawing up financial annexes

**Requirements**:
**Skills**:

- Level of education: Master 2 in Audit and Management Control, DECF or equivalent
- 1st experience in a company or audit firm
- Proven experience of using and developing My Report (in-house BI tool) or equivalent with an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) component
- Knowledge of general and cost accounting
- Excellent communication skills, diplomacy and team spirit,
- Very good command of Excel. Knowledge of VBA would be a plus
- Good level of English

Other information
Possibility of remote for up to 2 days a week on average after integration.
12 RTT / year
The Lyon Gerland district is being structured around a ‘car-free’ project.
In this context and out of conviction, BIOASTER promotes soft modes of transport, commuting by bike or public transport.
