**Description du poste**

Le rôle:
Composée de 15 personnes, basée dans 2 bureaux (Paris et New York), et en charge du contrôle financier, de la gestion opérationnelle, du reporting et plus généralement du suivi quotidien des fonds et des entités gérées par le pôle.

Au sein de l’équipe, vous assisterez la Senior Administrative Officer dans les tâches ci-dessous:

- Suivi des flux de cash affectant les fonds et véhicules d’investissement, et mise à jour

des bases de données
- Contrôle des factures et vérification de leur conformité avec le budget alloué et avec les

traitements de TVA applicables
- Suivi et traitement des factures jusqu’à leur paiement effectif
- Participation à l’élaboration des reportings via l’utilisation des outils en place dans le

cadre des requêtes ponctuelles et fiscales
- Participer à l’amélioration des processus en s’appuyant sur les outils ainsi qu’à la mise à

jour des procédures en place
- Missions ponctuelles dans le cadre de l’activité de l’équipe.

Vous serez en contact quotidien pour le traitement des flux d’information avec:
En interne : nos différents bureaux à travers le monde et les équipes de gestion principalement

basées à Paris, Luxembourg, Londres, Milan, Frankfurt et New-York;
En externe : nos différents prestataires (administrateurs et comptables des structures, nos

banques...) principalement basées en France, à Luxembourg, aux Etats-Unis, en Allemagne, à Jersey, en Finlande.

**Qualifications**
Le profil:

- Diplôme en comptabilité ou en finance BAC +2 minimum
- Anglais courant (écrit et parlé)
- Une première expérience similaire est appréciée.
- Compétences requises:

- Bonne gestion et communication de l’information
- Rigoureux / organisé
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Bon relationnel
- Appétence pour les outils
- Esprit d’équipe
- Pugnacité
