Cdi - Senior Retail Facility Manager Europe

**Job responsibilities**:
You will lead the development of a new unit of expertise for all the aspects related to the store maintenance, with particular focus on Building technology, Mechanical, Electrical & Special equipment.

You will be involved in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.

As such, your responsibilities will consist in:

- management and monitoring of all facilities service contracts throughout Europe perimeter in order to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); provide a high-quality customer focussed Facilities service that complements and supports DIOR Store managers.
- management of all facilities and projects service providers in a manner that provides strong customer focus and offer recommendations for continuous improvement of service delivery;
- undertake acquisition and disposal of property and concessions to meet Business needs;
- work with the Direction of Property & Facilities Management to ensure consistent projects and processes are used across the business;
- work with the Country Mgr/Finance Teams to agree the specific requirements and targets for each financial year. Obtain approval of proposals from the Direction of Property & Facilities Management;
- manage the delivery of Facilities services in line with agreed budgets;
- ensure compliance of all legal and statutory obligations of occupation.

- Manage minor works with Architecture Department

The position has authority to develop standards in conjunction with the Direction of Property & Facilities Management for all preventive and reactive maintenance activities, capital expenditure requirements for small projects, implement processes and standards and control cost, quality and efficiency programs.

Involvement with procurement of new contracts, preparing specifications and contract documentation, evaluation of quotation returns and recommending variations to the contracts.

Management of all delegated facilities and project services budgets, forecasting, contract finances, financial reporting.

Carrying out regular contract(s) inspections and audits in order to monitor service provision, value for money and contract legislative compliance.

Adherence and understanding of energy and environmental management implications, responsibilities and legislation relating to areas managed, including the training of service providers.

Compliance with and achievement of agreed SLA’s, KPI’s, MPP and other performance criteria.

Adherence to and compliance with Statutory Obligations and DIOR Policies and Procedures.

**Profile**:
Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering or Architecture, you have at least 8 years of experience in complex organization, managing international retail networks and innovative/prestigious building.

You are a relationship builder and collaborator recognized for your excellent communication skills, attention to details, and follow through.

You are a strategic thinker who is equally talented when it comes to execution of the details.

You act as a leader with a track record of leading and inspiring high functioning collaborative teams.

You like teamwork, you relate well with people at any organization level and you have a very good ability to communicate

You have experience in managing providers and a team of at least 3 persons

Computer tool skills: Office Pack, AutoCAD, Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design) - working in PC environment.

You speak French and English fluently. A third language would be a plus.
