Essential Job Functions: - Contribute to the company's business advisory and development strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Manage a team of business development professionals, offering guidance and support to drive success. - Establish and maintain client relationships, working to understand evolving client needs and identify growth opportunities. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with senior leadership to drive market expansion. - Leverage market insights to bring distinctive ideas and innovations that expand business opportunities. - Assist the sales and marketing teams in achieving their targets by providing strategic input. - Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions. - Contribute to revenue growth through effective sales and business development efforts, ensuring targets are met. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience - Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role - Proven experience in driving business development and advisory initiatives - Proficiencies in sales strategies, market analysis, and technology trends - A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology advancements Other Qualifications: - Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus - Relevant certifications (e.g., Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Business Development) are a plus
