The agency's 200 team members work daily with clients (mainly large enterprises) on all aspects of corporate communications in the broadest sense: institutional communication, employer branding, internal communication, B2B, financial communications, and more. The agency's strength lies in its ability to create tailor-made "project teams" based on the specific needs of each client, supporting them across all facets of their communication efforts. Join our team as a Copy-writer / Art Director Intern and contribute to designing and crafting innovative campaigns. This internship is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including running campaigns and pitches, while collaborating with experienced professionals. **Main responsibilities**: - Collaborate with the team to develop ideas across advertising mediums such as outdoor, print, and digital platforms. - Write compelling content or craft exceptional visuals to bring campaign ideas to life. - Work on strategic and positioning briefs to align creative concepts with brand identity. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and impactful campaign ideas. - Assist in preparing and presenting creative proposals for pitches and ongoing campaigns. - Ensure all creative outputs align with project goals and client expectations. **Ideal profile**: - Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field. - Passion for generating and developing creative ideas across various advertising formats. - Strong skills in crafting impactful messaging (Copy-writer) or designing high-quality visuals (Art Director). - Eagerness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Ability to conceptualize and execute ideas effectively, ensuring attention to detail in every aspect of the work. - Curiosity and drive to learn about strategic brand positioning and campaign development. - Mastery of Generative AI such as ChatGPT is a plus for improving day to day activity.
