**THE ROLE**
We're looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in **Saint-Mesmes - Paris**. Reporting directly to the Branch's Operations Supervisor, as a Support & Cleaning Staff Member, your mission will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service and contribute to maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.
**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests;
- Verify and prepare and equip vans before each booking;
- Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle's condition;
- Moving and parking vans or picking clients from the airport;
- Clean and maintain all equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot;
- Deliver and collect cars from repairs and maintenance, or delivering vehicles to specific locations.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Valid Driver's licence and ability to drive a van (plus);
- Availability to work 25h per week, with shifts from 11am to 3pm;
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and French (desirable)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
- Previous experience preparing cars for a car dealer or rent-a-car (plus);
- Eye for cleanliness and inspection;
- Communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Immediate availability.
