Corporate Junior Accountant

**Primary Responsibilities And Duties**
- Day to day activities:

- Payments (on-line banking system)
- Booking of invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Customer statements reconciliations
- Vendor statements reconciliations
- Weekly / Monthly activities:

- Petty cash reconciliation
- Check and follow-up on employees travel expenses
- Quarterly activities
- Book closing journals - accruals / prepayments / revaluation of balances
- Support the team to meet the closing deadlines
- Collect and provide supporting documents for year-end audits

**Experience**
- Accounting / Economic background
- Experience in an accounting role max. 1-3 years

**Competencies**
- Fluent in English (spoken and written - Mother tongue is a plus)
- Office package (Excel, Word and Power point)
- IT literate (quick learner of various systems and how they are connected)
- Team spirit and to provide regular feedback to manager
- Knowledge of D365 (Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
