**Description**:
**Talents Finance** is recruiting for an international group, operating like an SME with a great work environment, an Junior Corporate Controller** (M/F)** to join a company that values an open and collaborative corporate culture, where every employee contributes to collective success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate autonomously with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Actively participate in project teams where the involvement of the Finance and Controlling department is required, taking full accountability for assigned tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of the quarterly Group Long Plan, Budget, and Forecast, including the development of Profit & Loss Statements and Cash Flow analyses.
- Prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders, following the manager’s guidelines, with a degree of autonomy.
- Support the management of Credit Line Facilities by producing agreed reports, gathering relevant information, and acting as the main point of contact for operational queries from banks.
- Contribute to the definition of process improvements and lead the implementation of enhancements.
**Exigences**:
A comprehensive academic background in finance, but most importantly, a successful experience/internship of at least 1 year in a similar position
A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and most importantly, the desire to work in a close-knit team.
Written English is required, as conversational English to communicate inside an multicultural team.
The idea is not to deliver presentations in English, but to feel comfortable communicating on a daily basis
A good command of Excel is required, as well as proficiency in IT tools in general
