As a **Product Marketing Manager Intern** at Qonto, you will immerse yourself in the world of financial tools and partake in high-impact projects, including centralizing customer insights and competitive intelligence, developing positioning, and supporting on feature launches.
In collaboration with Aurélie, our Product Marketing Manager, you will help shape the future of Client Invoicing by supporting initiatives that enhance product adoption, customer retention, and overall market success.
** As a PMM Intern at Qonto, you will**:
- **Conduct thorough market research and competitive intelligence** to support the creation of a centralized competitor database for our Financial Tools products.
- **Assist in the segmentation and analysis of customer data** to refine our Product Market Fit, product positioning and adoption strategies for our Invoicing product.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** including CRM and content teams to uncover new marketing opportunities and fine-tune our adoption funnel.
- **Support in product launches and marketing campaigns**, including sales enablement and success measurement.
- **Handle various ad hoc responsibilities**, gaining a holistic understanding of the product marketing function in a fast-paced fintech environment.
**What you can expect:

- **Direct mentorship and guidance from Aurélie**, Invoicing PMM with 6+ years of experience in product marketing within the fintech sector.
- **Exposure to a variety of financial tools** and the opportunity to contribute to Qonto’s expansion into our markets.
- **A hands-on role** with substantial responsibilities and the potential for full-time opportunities post-internship.
**About your future manager**
**Her path?**
- Aurélie holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Sales Development and a Master of Science in Management. She has over 6 years of experience in product marketing, particularly in digital banking and the fintech industry. Before joining Qonto, she was one of the first PMMs at Worldline, where she developed her skills in market analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
**What does she bring to the team?**
- Aurélie is known for her dedication to understanding customer needs and her skill in translating product knowledge into relatable use cases and tangible benefits. She is committed to crafting compelling stories that can be developed into long-term go-to-market strategies to maximize product adoption, retention, and ultimately, revenue. Aurélie fosters a collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous learning within her team. Her extensive experience and proactive approach make her a key asset to Qonto's product marketing efforts.
**About You**:
- Strong research and analytical skills capable of managing high volumes of data.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in collaborative settings and is eager to take on new challenges.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional fluency in French, Italian, German or Spanish is a plus.
