Tax Accountant

The Finance and Administration Department at INSEAD encompasses a diverse range of critical functions, including Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Finance, Legal, Procurement, Risk, and Audit. This department plays a pivotal role in ensuring the institution's financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency, supporting INSEAD's mission to deliver worldclass education and research. We are currently looking for an Tax Accountant General Ledger (GL) to join our Finance Department on our Fontainebleau campus. This is a temporary, full-time position, the job holder will assist the GL team during the absence of the Tax senior accountant.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Tax filing: full compliance with local tax regulations, including timely submission and payment of all taxes: VAT filing, DES, WHT, CFE, CVAE, DAS2, IS
- Tax returns for the French entities (preparation and submission liasses fiscales)
- Active participation in monthly and yearly closings (book-keeping and reconciliation).
- Diploma or Degree in accounting or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar function, ideally with a strong background in Finance and Accounting
- Required: Experience with CEGID tax package submissions
- A strong knowledge of tax regulations in France.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written French will be preferred.
