Reporting to the Global Data Privacy Program Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of data privacy at L'Oréal. - Design and implement global data privacy programs that empower L'Oréal to navigate the evolving data privacy landscape with a particular focus on new regulations such as PIPL or US states laws. Your expertise in tools and processes will be key to ensuring compliance and building trust with our consumers. - Advocate for user-centric design and ensure that our data privacy tools and processes are intuitive and easy to use for all stakeholders. Your focus on user experience will be crucial for driving adoption and maximizing the impact of our programs. - Lead the global rollout and implementation, providing expert guidance and support to countries around the world.
