**Job Summary**:
As a Communications Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing proactive communication activities that help strengthen and protect the company’s brand and reputation in the market as well as drive product communication related activities. You will put your passion and skills at work using a wide variety of communication channels to impact the market’s business priorities and drive thought leadership among key stakeholders both externally and internally.

**What you will do**:

- Define and execute clear set of proactive communication activities that help strengthen and protect company brand and reputation as well as differentiate company from competitors in local markets.
- Define & implement employee engagement activities that provide clarity on strategy contributions and effectively translate external communications activities to inspire employees.
- Work across a variety of digital tools to support product communication among a variety of B2B profiles.
- Serve as primary point of contact for crisis communications.

**We believe you have**:

- 10-15 years of experience in the field of communications with English and French language proficiency both written and spoken.
- Experience in a multinational environment successfully using both traditional and non-traditional communication approaches.
- A digitally savvy mindset with experience defining, developing, and executing effective social media and marketing plans.
- Effective stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate through a matrixed organization.
- Experience with managing crisis situations.
- BA/MBA/MA or equivalent in Communications or related sciences
