**du poste**:

- Au sein de notre service HSE, vous participerez aux missions suivantes:

- Mission principale : S'assurer de la mise en œuvre effective du socle de base de notre système de management

Exemples de tâches (non exhaustif):

- Suivi des indicateurs France & Benelux pour les différents services et mise à jour des dashboards
- Communication sur les aspects Santé-Sécurité pour la Market France et Benelux (Market News Mensuelle, Webinars Wellbeing (Bien-être au travail)),
- Suivi des formations Sécurité au Benelux
- Organisation et Suivi des VGP (Vérifications Générales Périodiques) en France
- Mission secondaire:

- Support dans la mise en place du nouveau manuel HSE du Groupe
- Support dans la mise à jour du Document Unique d'Evaluation des Risques
- Support des équipes de maintenance (conseil sur la consignation, améliorations des pratiques sur site client...)
- Aide à l'analyse des accidents
- Aide à la rédaction de plans de prévention
- D’autres missions / projets pourront être proposées au cours de l’alternance en fonction de l’activité.

**Profil et compétences**:

- Diplôme préparé : M2 ou Mastère spécialisé en HSE, QSE, management de la sécurité
- Qualités requises : Autonomie, Aisance relationnelle, Capacité d’organisation, Sens du service, Curiosité, Pédagogie, Flexibilité, Confidentialité, Analyse et synthèse
- Compétences requises:

- Niveau BAC+4/5 - en lien avec la QHSE
- Des notions en QHSE et système de management
- Outils bureautiques : Suite Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Langue : Anglais intermédiaire

**Durée**:

- 1 an / Octobre 2025

**Rémunération**:
% Salaire Minimum Conventionnel (en fonction de l’âge, du diplôme et du type de contrat (professionnalisation ou apprentissage) + 13ème mois + participation + 50% du titre de transport en commun + accès au restaurant d’entreprise.
