- The Head of PMM for France is a senior leadership role that is accountable for the delivery of all PMM jobs and outputs within the region. This role leads the virtual (France) PMM Squad to deliver these specific outcomes:

- Deeply understand the needs of customers, the trends/dynamics in the market and competitors - and ensuring this is injected into Business Units so they build winning Strategies and Growth Plans;
- Build, and regularly update, a France Growth Plan and Launch Calendar that defines the market opportunity, as well as timing and execution of the Growth Initiatives needed to achieve the regional Growth Targets;
- Support the creation, regular updating/re-planning and execution of an achievable France Win Plan that meets or exceeds the Growth Targets;
- Ensures that all France Growth Initiatives and PMM deliverables are properly planned, strongly executed and then refined post-execution to deliver the expected commercial results. And the jobs to be done/outputs produced follow the PMM Ways of Working;
- Becomes the trusted PMM business partner to France Managing Director/Leadership Teams, acting as the single point of contact for all PMM and Business Unit deliverables for the Region, leads effective and efficient alignment; and proactively solving risks/issues.

Le Chef de PMM pour la France est un poste de direction de haut niveau, responsable de la réalisation de tous les travaux et résultats de PMM dans la région, mesurés par la réalisation d'un ARR de plus de 350 millions de livres sterling et d'une croissance annuelle de plus de 10 %. Ce rôle dirige l'équipe PMM virtuelle (France) pour atteindre ces résultats spécifiques:

- Comprendre en profondeur les besoins des clients, les tendances/dynamiques du marché et des concurrents - et s'assurer que ces connaissances sont transmises aux unités opérationnelles afin qu'elles élaborent des stratégies et des plans de croissance gagnants ;
- Construire, et mettre à jour régulièrement, un plan de croissance et un calendrier de lancement pour la France qui définissent l'opportunité du marché, ainsi que le calendrier et l'exécution des initiatives de croissance nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance régionaux ;
- Soutenir la création, la mise à jour régulière/la replanification et l'exécution d'un plan de croissance France réalisable qui atteint ou dépasse les objectifs de croissance ;
- S'assurer que toutes les initiatives de croissance de France et les livrables PMM sont correctement planifiés, fortement exécutés et ensuite affinés post-exécution pour obtenir les résultats commerciaux attendus. Et que les tâches à accomplir/les résultats produits suivent les méthodes de travail du PMM.

Le chef de PMM France obtiendra ces résultats en dirigeant l'équipe virtuelle de PMM France à travers les différents BU. Il doit s'assurer que l'équipe possède la culture, les ressources, les capacités, les objectifs et les buts appropriés et qu'elle exerce une influence sur les BU afin d'obtenir les résultats requis pour la France. Ils s'assurent également que toutes les tâches à accomplir et les résultats produits dans la région respectent les méthodes de travail de PMM
La réussite dans ce rôle est mesurée par la réalisation des objectifs de croissance et de RAR de la région, ainsi que par l'efficacité des relations avec les directeurs généraux, les équipes de direction et les unités commerciales de la région.

- Deliver the required PMM jobs and outputs for the region. Responsible for co-setting objectives and goals, driving the squad to achieve daily/weekly/monthly outcomes for the region and supporting BU Leaders in the coaching and development of squad members;
- Region Interlock - acts as the primary point of contact for France MDs and LT into central PMM, by owning and resolving risks/issues and ensuring that the Region insight/voice/needs successfully flows into PMM Business Units;
- Region Growth Plans - ensuring that Business Unit (BU) Growth Plans and GoToMarket programmes are successfully translated into robust, ambitious and realistic FRANCE Growth Plan that achieve both BU and France growth targets;
- Region Win Plans - supports the creation, regular updating/re-planning and execution of an achievable France Win Plan that meets/exceeds Growth Targets;
- Region Launch Calendar - accountable for building and maintaining the Region Launch Calendar (in perfect alignment with each BUs) to become the single source of truth for what BUs (product, proposition, campaign launches) will deliver into the Region;
- Region GTM Execution - leads the planning, execution and coordination of all GoToMarket activities (as outlined in BU and France Growth Plans) to ensure strong execution of plans, drive continuous improvement and manage op
