**YOUR SCOPE AS HEAD OF PRODUCT**:
You will be in charge of the whole Product perimeter at l'entreprise, reporting to the CEO.
Your main responsibilities will balance both strategy and operations:
- Hire and Manage the Product team (product managers, designers)
- Formalize, enrich and update the Product vision, and translate it into a roadmap regularly updated
- Cultivate a missionary Product culture within the organization (vs a mercenary culture)
- Identify major market trends and potential Product evolutions
- Identify users pains, clearly expressed or not, and define simple solutions adapted to complex problems
- Ensure the development and improvement of the platform, following the roadmap milestones
- Support and challenge the development team in the preparation and monitoring of developments
- Manage and support Product design in the creation of models & workflow (UX / UI)
- Write and prioritize User Stories, and maintain updated backlog
- Ensure Product consistency, being at the intersection of business, IT and design
- Communicate with all stakeholders, creating a team dynamic, and incarnating Product within the company and outside
- Implement and measure relevant statistics and insights to iterate and improve the product.
**This job is tailored for you if**:
- You have minimum 5 years of work experience in product management;
- You are organized, proactive, have a synthetic mind
- You have a strong analytical expertise (Excel, Power Point )
- You are very handson: you know how to balance strategical and operational issues in order to structure the product process while making sure that challenges are solved rapidly
- You are a solution maker: you face challenges with enthusiasm, and always think about solutions
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are a team player
- You love digital marketing, social media and/or influencer marketing
- You are fluent in English
