**CONTEXT**
ARCHIMED supports its portfolio companies in many ways : providing access to market knowledge, introducing highly skilled professionals to work alongside the management team. As these initiatives are more and more frequent and structured, we need new resources to bring more value to our Portfolio Companies.
**LIST OF MISSIONS**
The scope of the Compensation and Benefits Analyst revolves mostly (but not exclusively) around 2 pillars: ARCHIMED Medteam (network of industry veterans) and Portfolio companies C-Suite and Board of Directors. More specifically, the Compensation and Benefit Analyst will
- Monitor all costs related to ARCHIMED network and ensure the proper allocation to the right Funds and PortFolio companies
- Build / update a database of the compensation datas of our PortCos C-suite and boards and provide Business Intelligence to ARCHIMED investment team and Portfolio Companies Management teams
- Work closely with ARCHIMED People Operations team on ARCHIMED internal compensation and benefit policy
- With the support of the legal team; Build / update a database of contract template to be used by ARCHIMED and our Portfolio Companies. (e.g : NxD letter, LTIP contract,
**Requirements**:
**PROFILE**
You have at least 3 years of experience either in:
- Finance (ideally having worked as a HR controller) or
- HR with a compensation & benefits expertise
We are looking for someone with
- Strong analysis capacities. Fully proficient with Excel)
- Agility. Ability to navigate a complex and fast changing environment
- Self-driven
- Strong communicator to engage with multiple stakeholders in order to collect reliable data
- English: Fluent
