**Job summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary **Transformation Consulting Director** to lead and expand our IT and business transformation services. This is a pivotal role in shaping Valiantys' transformation offering, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. As a **Transformation Consulting Director**, you will structure and enhance our solutions, leveraging our existing portfolio and developing new offerings to address critical areas such as governance, processes, organizational redesign, AI, security, and data and reporting. This role is remote and you will report to the COO and Executive VP EMEA.

**Things you'll be working on**:
**Strategic Offering Development**:

- Define and structure a comprehensive IT and business transformation offering centered on the Atlassian stack and adjacent technologies;
- Leverage existing packaged solutions (e.g., Cloud Transformation, ITSM Transformation)

**Holistic Transformation Solutions**:

- Design and deliver end-to-end transformation frameworks
- Integrate technical and business transformation into a unified value proposition for clients.

**Collaboration with Practices and Go-to-Market Strategy**:

- Partner with internal practices (e.g., Cloud Transformation, ITSM) to align on methodologies and delivery frameworks;
- Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for the transformation offering.

**Team Scaling and Capability Building**:

- Build and scale a high - performing team of transformation consultants
- Identify talent gaps, recruit top performers, and ensure continuous development through leadership, training and mentorship.

**Market Leadership**:

- Position Valiantys as a market leader in Atlassian-powered transformations;
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to articulate the value proposition and generate client interest.

**Client Engagement and Delivery**:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and the transformation roadmap;
- Drive client satisfaction and project success through structured delivery and measurable outcomes;
- Lead the project management of customer projects.

- How to structure a transformation offer around the Atlassian stack and integrate innovative solutions such as AI?
- How to design a comprehensive transformation framework, including governance, process optimization and AI integration?
- How to build and manage a team of high-performance consultants, while ensuring their ongoing development?

You should be fluent/native in English.
