In collaboration with a Product Manager and Software Engineers, you will be responsible for all design aspects, from discovery to delivery. In particular, you will be accountable for continuous improvements and crafting the future of our user Experience on the Mobile App. As an active member of the Design Team, you will also collaborate with other designers to create a unified and seamless cross-canal experience. **Main missions and objectives** - In tandem with the Product Manager, you will frame what you need to build and how to get there. - You structure the discovery process to bring out users' problems, define and prioritize the right opportunities for your squad objectives (OKR methodology) on great autonomy - You are a real support on user research by preparing appropriate interviews or using appropriate methods to collect user insights and delivering the findings - You will design meaningful and easy-to-use solutions to answer to user problems using our Design System, and validate them closely with your users - You will pay attention to the quality of the delivery - You will participate on monitoring the impact of the solutions on objectives and user experience - You will stay close to the Design Team thanks to our weekly routines (Design Critiques, peers sharing,...) **Qualifications** **Who are you? - 2+ years experience in a company with a strong product practice - You are a problem solver and want to make an impact on our users - You have a great capacity to listen and to take a step back - You know how to embrace complexity and then simplify - You are willing to learn on a daily basis - You are familiar with both mobile and desktop design patterns and fluent on Figma (or any design tool) - Fluent in English and French.
