**Discover the role**

The A&T Solution Specialist will work closely with the Head of the Department to implement new and improve all existing processes linked to our A&T tools (including Cegid Loop - if you're not familiar with it, the training will be provided on the job). S/He will act as a key user of the solution with the goal to support the users (our A&T team members) to perform at their best.

This is an ideal role for somebody who is a proactive self-starter and likes to have the liberty of creating his/her own path in the company, both solution
- and team-oriented, with an analytical, investigative mind, not afraid of voicing their opinion on what can/need to be improved, drive change, and willing to grow as we develop.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implementation and deployment of A&T tools: acting as the main point of contact for the team and business requirements, roll-out needs
- Change management: highlight and drive automation opportunities, including bookkeeping, bank integration, reporting, VAT calculation, other taxes, and electronic invoicing
- Perform testing following releases and upgrades
- Setting up the system for new clients and users
- Maintain communication with the support team (Tool support, TMF IT team)
- Identify training needs and execute training plans for the team
- Secure and maintain complete solution documentation including user manual, training materials, and its execution for the solution

**About you**
- Ideally, you meet the following criteria:_
- Fluent in English (C1)
- Understanding of different A&T software and solutions - Cegid Loop would be considered a plus
- Experience with software implementation and project management is essential
- Technical or educational background in accounting
- Proficiency with MS Office package
- Strong stakeholder management skills - ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
- A highly responsible and organized person with good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
- A trustworthy team member who considers those around them
