Azure Solutions SpecialistPermanent - Fulltime Paris, Hybrid travel Fluent French speaker and proficiency in EnglishRole OverviewWe are looking for an Azure Solutions Specialist to help expand the cloud services portfolio and accelerate the adoption of modern infrastructure solutions. In this position, you'll guide partners and customers as they transition from traditional on-premises environments to scalable cloud architectures. You'll shape the sales approach for Azure-based platforms and support the growth of IaaS and PaaS offerings across new and existing partner ecosystems.You will collaborate closely with a distributed team of professionals, contribute to strategic expansion efforts, and act as a trusted advisor on cloud technologies, migration strategies, and industry trends.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver strong performance against revenue and profitability goals.Be responsible for growing the Infrastructure and Platform as a service business.Supporting and growing the cloud computing solutions on Azure.Strengthen the company's visibility in the cloud infrastructure market and support overall cloud portfolio expansion.Evaluate partner capabilities and business goals, then recommend the right technical solutions to support their growth.Provide technical enablement: design and deliver presentations, product demos, and training sessions for both internal teams and external partners.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud and datacenter technologies, market shifts, and evolving operating models.Guide partners through transformational opportunities, using a solutions-driven and consultative sales approach.Operate effectively both independently and within a cross-functional virtual team.Travel within assigned regions as needed.Identify and recruit new partners (IT providers, ISVs, MSPs).Support and expand relationships with existing partners.Candidate ProfileHands-on experience with Azure, hybrid cloud, IaaS, and PaaS architectures.Around 3–5 years of experience designing and selling cloud or datacenter solutions, with solid knowledge of cloud services and deployment models.Demonstrated ability to develop cloud migration strategies, understand implementation best practices, and navigate distribution or sales channels—particularly within the French IT market.Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from identifying decision makers to coordinating with vendors to finalize deals.Exceptional communication, presentation, and active listening skills.Highly organized, self-driven, and efficient under pressure.Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute within a remote or cross-functional team environment.Strong sense of ownership, quality, and enthusiasm for cloud technologies.Fluent English.
