**À propos du poste**
Dans le cadre de ses projets industriels, notre client recherche un Work Package Leader (WPL) pour assurer le pilotage de projets industriels ou d’un ensemble de tâches (Work Package) sur un périmètre défini.

**Responsabilités**

En tant que WPL, vous serez rattaché(e) au service Projets Industriels et interviendrez sur les missions suivantes:

- Clarification des objectifs, du contenu et des priorités des tâches du projet
- Identification et évaluation des risques avec l’équipe projet
- Définition de la structure du projet (WBS) en s’appuyant sur les standards existants
- Évaluation des besoins en ressources humaines et matérielles
- Construction et suivi du planning projet
- Coordination des activités et des membres de l’équipe projet
- Mise en place et suivi du plan de communication
- Garantie de la bonne exécution du WP (délais, coûts, qualité)
- Pilotage des risques et des plans d’actions associés
- Organisation et animation des réunions projet
- Application de la méthodologie CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management)

**Profil recherché**
- Formation : Bac +3 minimum
- **Expérience**: Technicien expérimenté
- minimum 10 ans dans le domaine
- jeune ingénieur : environ 5 ans d’expérience
- **Compétences**:

- Solide expérience en gestion de projet en milieu industriel
- Maîtrise des méthodes et outils de gestion de projet (CCPM)
- Leadership, capacité à fédérer une équipe et à gérer les conflits
- Aisance en communication, gestion du changement, écoute active
- Bon niveau d’anglais requis (niveau B2 minimum)

Technicien(ne) expérimenté(e) ou ingénieur(e) ayant une forte appétence pour le pilotage de projets industriels

Si vous êtes motivé(e) par les environnements industriels exigeants, que vous savez faire avancer les équipes et gérer les priorités avec méthode et rigueur, cette mission est faite pour vous.
