Cdi - Circularity, Innovation & Eco-design Lead W/m

We are looking for a **Circularity, Innovation & Eco-design Lead W/M** to: - be in charge of leading Salomon’s circularity, sustainable innovation & eco-design strategy & programs as part of our global sustainability vision & strategy within our Brand department, in our Sustainability team. You will report to Salomon Sustainability Director / Program Manager. **Main Activities**: - Build & lead Salomon circular & sustainable innovation strategy, roadmap & principles in collaboration with the BUs - Operationally pilot & support BUs on circular innovations across the company - Be the internal evangelist on circularity, sustainable innovation & circularity: bring transversal expertise on circularity & eco-design, elevate internal culture and support cross-fertilization within Salomon’s business units (designers, innovation managers, R&D teams, etc.) - Connect with and represent Salomon in innovative sustainable ecosystems, consortiums, international organizations, grant platforms(e.g. industry peers, consortiums, ERP eco-organisms, LSF Center for Sustainable Fashion, LIFE European program, Ellen Mc Arthur foundation ) - Ad-hoc participation to the other transversal projects of the sustainability program - Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) _**_Responsable Circularité, Innovation et Eco-conception F/H_**_ qui aura pour mission de :_ - _ diriger la stratégie et les programmes de Salomon en matière de circularité, d'innovation durable et d'éco-conception dans le cadre de notre vision et de notre stratégie globales en matière de développement durable au sein du département "Marque", dans l'équipe " Développement durable "._ - Vous serez sous la responsabilité du Directeur du développement durable de Salomon / Directeur de programme._ **_ Activités principales :_** - _ Construire et diriger la stratégie, la road map et les principes d'innovation circulaire et durable de Salomon en collaboration avec les BUs._ - _ Piloter opérationnellement et soutenir les BUs sur les innovations circulaires à travers l'entreprise._ - _ Être le/la porte-parole interne de la circularité, de l'innovation durable et de la circularité : apporter une expertise transversale sur la circularité et l'éco-conception, élever la culture interne et soutenir la transversalité au sein des unités opérationnelles de Salomon (designers, responsables de l'innovation, équipes R&D, etc.)_ - _ Se connecter et représenter Salomon dans des écosystèmes durables innovants, des consortiums, des organisations internationales, des plateformes de subventions... (par exemple, des pairs de l'industrie, des consortiums, des éco-organismes ERP, le LSF Center for Sustainable Fashion, le programme européen LIFE, la fondation Ellen Mc Arthur...)._ - _ Participer aux ad hoc et aux autres projets transversaux du programme de durabilité._ **Qualifications** - **Needed Work Experience**: - 5 years of professional experience on similar assignments in a large corporate sustainability department in fashion industry, outdoor industry or associated industry - Significant experience in an international organization** required** - ** Education**: Engineering school in Sustainability, Environment, Eco-Design or Materials - ** Foreign Language(s)**: - Proficiency in English and French - ** IT Skills**: - Mastering Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), - Knowledge of environmental impact measurement tools & design thinking tools - ** Specific Skills**: - Mastery of sustainable development issues, if possible in the fashion and/or outdoor sector - Mastery of circularity, eco-design, sustainable & systemic innovations - Biomimetics and regenerative expertise - Experience of complex supply & value chains - Systemic understanding of issues and challenges - Project management - ** Other Specific Transversal Skills**: - Capacity to federate, lead, influence and drive change among a complex ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders - Excellent written and oral communication / public speaking skills - Ability to work in transverse and cross-functional inter-departmental teams - Passionate about sustainability and outdoor sports - ** Transversal skills**: - ** Output orientation**:Develop and manage operational results: set ambitious targets, achieve them and know when to step back in order to improve the results.
