**Digital Business Intelligence Analyst - Paris**

In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of Digital Business Analysis and Intelligence. Your role will encompass making a direct impact on marketing initiatives by working collaboratively with other business units and regional/ global marketing and cross-functional stakeholders (product, risk, and operations).**Role Responsibilities**
- You will support the European Marketing team in analyzing business trends using - SQL, PowerBI, MS Excel, and Snowflake.
- You will conduct database analyses for program measurement and evaluation.
- Generate marketing reports to identify potential sales opportunities, retain customers, and increase sales.
- You will help to implement the development, maintenance, and information flows of customer data for marketing purposes.
- Also responsible for supporting the set-up and execution of valid measurement plans based on the design of experiment methodologies.
- Assist in go-to-market potential calculations and related analyses and make recommendations.
- Identify and articulate improvement initiatives aligned with group and departmental goals and actively lead and/or participate in process improvement projects.
- Assist business planning process and collaborate with business partners to provide value-added analysis.

**Role Requirements**
- Education or equivalent experience is required.
- 1-2 years of relevant business, data analytics, or consumer insights experience.
- Good skills with MS Excel or other reporting tools.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL, Snowflake) would be an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and data-driven approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
