**Job Summary**
Are you a passionate and driven sales professional looking to elevate your career? Headquartered in Dubai United Arab Emirates, with branches around the world, The company is expanding to France and in search for the right team to drive growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients and introduce specialized training programs.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, effectively converting them into enrolments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, addressing their inquiries and providing tailored training solutions.
- Present and articulate detailed course information, ensuring clients understand the value and benefits of training programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and client engagement strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market needs, and competitor offerings to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth enrolment process for clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the organization’s overall growth.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and commercial activities
- Strong communication skills in French, English is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience (experience in education, training, or consulting sales is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored sales pitches effectively.
