Finance Senior Project Manager-actuary

Part of the Finance Delivery team reporting to the Head of Finance Delivery that sits within the Finance domain leading Actuarial projects.
- Contribute to the definition and the review Finance roadmap and projects portfolio.
- Ensure that Projects in the scope are delivered in a cost effective and financially sustainable manner against targets defined with the Deputy CEO and CFO,
- Propose appropriate solutions to resolve project-related challenges,
- Identify / escalate issues in a timely and effective manner,
- Ensure transversality of Finance delivery within Finance projects in the scope,
- Lead Finance projects and Transformation initiatives for reserving and actuarial teams. This will include providing actuarial and reserving expertise on Finance transformation projects and initiatives including process optimization, target enterprise architecture and defining the operating model for reserving.
- Provide guidance and coaching to the project owners and the project team in relation to all aspects of the projects,
- Understand Finance management team objectives in a broader context and identify potential new projects or enhancements to current projects,
- Responsible for holding all stakeholders accountable for delivering expected outcomes,
- Promote a culture of pro-activity, innovation, transparency, collaboration, and flexibility in all aspects of the work of projects delivery.
**Required experience & competencies**
- Minimum 7-year experience of work experience in insurance / reinsurance, or consulting organization
- Extensive experience in big projects delivery.
- Strong transversal knowledge in Closing, reporting and FP&A. Actuarial skills is a plus
- Leadership qualities
- Excellent communication, presentation & writing skills (French & English)
