Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a strong customer relationship, address their inquiries, and propose corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of company objectives
- Ensure order processing, monitor order preparation, invoicing, accounts receivable control, return management, and maintain the customer, pricing, and general conditions database in SAP
- Oversee service levels and delivery timelines, track orders during preparation with the warehouse, coordinate shipments with carriers, secure on-time delivery to customers, and propose possible improvement solutions
- Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure the effective implementation of the commercial plan and marketing launches
- Collaborate with the Logistics department to check pending orders and inform customers
- Handle customer complaints, ensuring an effective resolution to the claim and prompt closure of the process
Qualifications:
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree (Bac +2) in Business Support, Executive Assistant, or Commercial Assistant
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in an international environment
- Operational English proficiency with a good level of both oral and written communication. Regular exchanges are expected
- Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Windows programs (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong customer service orientation, versatility, and proactiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail and precision
- Ability to handle stress well and work effectively in a team
- Results-oriented and highly organized
