Notre client, secteur Asset Manager, recherche un Portfolio Manager en Dette Corporate (H/F).

Gestion de portefeuille spécialisé en dette corporate avec une expertise en financement structuré Corporate/LBO.

Gestion et suivi des créances en collaboration avec les gérants Dette Corporate et l?équipe Portfolio.

Tâches et activités de la mission
- Assurer la gestion et le suivi des créances en collaboration avec les gérants Dette Corporate et l?équipe Portfolio Management.
- Mener des revues périodiques pour les comités de suivi de portefeuilles et le reporting aux investisseurs.
- Participer à l?analyse des opportunités d?investissement en collaboration avec les gérants Dette Corporate.
- Traiter les demandes de waiver en coordination avec l?équipe Portfolio Management, les gérants Dette Corporate, la Direction des risques et la Direction juridique.
- Gérer les éventuelles restructurations de créances en portefeuille.
- Participer aux banques meetings et réunions de négociation.
- Gérer les relations avec les agents des crédits et les représentants de la masse.
- Gérer les relations avec les emprunteurs/émetteurs en coordination avec les gérants Dette Corporate.
- Contribuer aux réponses apportées aux demandes des investisseurs sur les portefeuilles.
- Réaliser des revues périodiques des créances en portefeuille, incluant la mise à jour des KYC et des ratings.
- Contribuer et participer aux comités de suivi.
- Participer à la préparation des reportings aux investisseurs.
- Participer à la revue des due-diligence, à la structuration des opérations et à leur analyse extra-financière.
- Réaliser des modélisations financières.
- Contribuer à la préparation des dossiers d?investissements en liaison avec la Direction des risques et la Direction de la conformité et du contrôle interne.

4 à 6 ans d'expérience dans les financements structurés LBO/Corporate.

Gestion de portefeuille de dettes corporate.

Analyse financière et évaluation des risques.

Compétences métier:

- Analyse financière
- Négociation de la documentation juridique
- Modélisation financière
- Utilisation avancée de Windows Office

Anglais courant.

Longue mission basée à Paris.

Télétravail hybride proposée sur cette mission.
