Industrial Coordinator Engineer

**Description**

**Job Purpose**:
Organize manufacturing capacity and capex related topics for the group in order to ensure efficient use of our assets. Lead global manufacturing project coordination order to ensure better standardization and proper industrial project follow-up worldwide.
- (Global Process Owner for MS2 BRBU coordination of maintenance standardization process BRBU coordination of SAP project related to Manufacturing (Maintenance, Routing,...) BRBU Capex follow-up)_

**Key Activities**:
**_ Capacities and Assets:_**
- Organize capex approval committee
- Ensure follow up of the approval committee action plan
- Support make or buy decisions
- Support project quotations

**_ Project Coordination:_**
- Coordinate with all plants all manufacturing aspects related to worldwide projects
- Ensure proper deployment of manufacturing initiatives through all sites
- Contribute and facilitate to the manufacturing community within the group

**_ Continuous Improvement:_**
- Support and lead execution of selected projects from central functions in terms of content, timing and budget
- Promote capex tracking tool within the group which linked data from AOP and 5YO with actual from group tools
- Support implementation at regions

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in industry, including automotive market, with an extensive manufacturing experience at plant level
