**Your daily workout**:
**Brand and Communication**
- Lead the rebranding efforts of Gymlib to EGYM Wellpass, taking charge of the brand identity, tone, and consistency in France, while actively contributing to the transition towards a unified brand strategy across all channels.
- You propose creative solutions to enhance the clarity, tone, positioning, and expertise of our brand
- You develop Wellpass' image and reputation among our target audience through communication activities: PR, content production, lobbying, events, online and offline advertising campaigns (Print, TV, etc.)
- You define the local communication strategy of our brand to evolve and support our users and clients
- You ensure the successful execution of the brand strategy by coordinating internal teams (designers, content managers) and external partners (public relations agencies, creative agencies, freelancers)
- You support sales and key account managers with pitches, one-pagers, and execution of campaigns
- You lead the team in implementing the strategy and support other departments in creating their communication materials

**Strategy**
- You set goals and budgets for the brand, content & communication team in France
- You regularly monitor market and competitor activities
- You align with other managers to achieve overall objectives

**Your fitness level**:

- You bring at least 4 years of experience in agency or corporate settings
- You have gained previous experience managing a team of more than 3 people
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
- You have a track record of creating and/or launching brands in France and internationally or leading a rebranding effort
- You are capable of managing both operational and strategic tasks, while using your strong understanding of Brand and Communication challenges
- You are motivated to work in a rapidly growing organization and make a real impact
- You are creative, bold, curious, and detail-oriented

**Your training goal for your first 6 months**:

- You have established yourself as a contact person for all topics relating to communications in the French market and have built up important interfaces to internal teams such as Wellpass Marketing in Germany
- You work with great personal responsibility in your area and keep an eye on new ideas as well as measuring success
- You have built good working relationships with all relevant stakeholders and your team
