Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and other types of solid cancers.

**Medical Communication Manager**
As the Medical Communication Manager, you'll take the helm in crafting and executing a captivating medical communications strategy tailored specifically for France. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that healthcare professionals (HCPs) receive timely and impactful information about our products.
**Your responsibilities include**:
- Devising and implementing a dynamic communication plan that aligns with the diverse specialties of HCPs and synchronizes with the release of new data. This plan will embrace a multifaceted approach across various channels to maximize engagement.
- Collaborating closely with the Medical Director to effectively manage projects from conception to completion. This involves strategic planning, meticulous execution, and diligent tracking of deliverables.
- Spearheading the development of scientific messaging to communicate the essence of our products accurately. You'll establish and uphold a robust scientific messaging platform to ensure consistency and clarity in our communications.
- Elevating awareness of our therapies among physicians and patients alike by promptly addressing their inquiries and needs, thereby fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of our offerings.
- Crafting and refining localized materials for internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing) and external partners to ensure they possess a comprehensive understanding of our products' medical intricacies.
**Your profile**:
- Proven experience in a comparable role, where you've orchestrated medical communication strategies with skill and efficacy.
- Ideally, a background in Oncology, which would provide invaluable insights into the nuances of this specialized field.
- Proficiency in both French and English, as seamless communication in these languages is essential for collaborating with our affiliate and liaising with headquarters effectively.
