**THE ROLE**:
Within the Reefer Key Account sales team, you are responsible for ensuring the detailed monitoring of various key accounts traffic in response to customer expectations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
True interface between clients and internal teams (Reefer but also lines, commercial, operations, agencies), you ensure the quality of service provided to customers.

As such, you can optimize the flow of information from clients (sending weekly reporting and KPI's). You will immediately notify all incidents (delay, damage, feeder missed connection etc.) and propose solutions, in coordination with the concerned departments and services internally.

**In addition, you meet all their requests and questions (type**: change of destination; documentation problems, payment confirmation, release, claim).

You produce periodically internal statistics and analysis on their performance (monthly, quarterly and annually).

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Graduated with a License or Master in Transport / Logistics or International Trade, you have an experience of at least 2 years in the same type of job and master computer tools.

Your fluency in English and ideally in Spanish allows you to evolve independently in an international environment.

A successful experience in cargo flow management would be a major asset.

Your interpersonal skills, your responsiveness and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
