**Role & main responsibilities**:
Express your talents within the Marine Customer Center team as a privileged point of contact for our clients.
Your role will be to ensure an efficient interface and guarantee a qualitative processing of inquiries in line with our company's strategy, procedures, and values.
Your main tasks:
- Provide shipowners with the necessary information and support regarding the implementation of their vessels' certification requirements.
- Collect specific requests and expectations from our clients, analyze them, and provide concrete responses.
- Ensure coordination within our network of experts to enable the efficient delivery of our services.
- Measure customer satisfaction levels and be proactive in proposing improvements to the provided service.

To join our team, you ideally hold an Engineering degree or a Merchant Marine Deck Officer diploma. You possess strong technical, regulatory, and operational knowledge in the field of maritime transport, and skills in naval architecture and ship propulsion systems will be highly valued.
Having a minimum of 2 years of experience as an officer onboard ship, within the Technical department of a shipowner, or in a classification society, is a crucial asset.
We are seeking dynamic and self-reliant individuals who aim to build trusting relationships with our stakeholders. Your strong interpersonal skills and adaptability will facilitate your integration into our teams and collaboration with our clients.
Proficiency in office tools and a good level of English to communicate easily within our international network are essential.
