They are working with a renewable energy trading house looking to hire a Green Trader to join the team in London.

**Key Responsibilities / Tasks**:

- Trade carbon (compliance and voluntary) as well as other green certificates on the Green desk.
- Originate commercial opportunities which will provide direct P&L impact.
- Develop and manage the already established relationships within the EU market as well as originate new ones.
- Keep up with the trends in the market to maximize profits through business development.
- Role reports to Managing Director.

**Key Qualifications / Experience**:

- 5+ years experience in trading within the European market.
- Experience in trading carbon and/or green certificates (GOO’s, I-REC’s, etc).
- Strong communication skills and ambition to progress within the company.
- Fluent in English; any extra languages are an advantage.
- Located or willing to relocate to London.
