**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**
As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Product Manager - Cyber & New Business to reinforce the R&D team.
In particular, she/he will:
- Starting with our Cyber product and to be replicated on other specific products already launched by Descartes;
- Contribute to the product innovation roadmap in partnership with all stakeholders (strategy, sales, underwriting, modelling, legal,);
- Maintain, adapt and improve current product offerings in close cooperation with internal stakeholders (modellers, underwriters, business developers,...);
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market environments (market cycles, wordings, competition, suppliers, technological enablers, operations,...);
- Work with the modelling team and act to facilitate the development of new products for perils (from ideation to commercialization), including in the management of our business and contractual relationship with data providers;
- Contribute to the commercial success of new products through the development of partnerships, preparation of commercial & marketing materials,... ;
- Prepare reporting and interactions with senior management;
- Assist in miscellaneous tasks as requested by your manager;
- Take on responsibilities as both you and the company develop.
**ABOUT YOU**
**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 0 - 2 years of experience within fast-paced environments (strategy consulting, start-up, banking / M&A,...); Graduated from a Tier-1 Business or Engineering school.
**SKILLS**
- Eye for quality, autonomous and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication (written and verbal);
- Professional English (written and verbal); Proficiency in MS office (Powerpoint, Excel).

- Eagerness to solve complex problems and technical challenges;
