As part of our partnership with a leading global player in the interactive entertainment industry, we are currently recruiting a **Production Assistant Intern** to join their **European headquarters in Lyon**.
The company, renowned for its iconic franchises and dynamic corporate culture, operates in more than 50 countries and has offices across 15. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in a multicultural and fast-paced environment at the intersection of video games, data, tech, and marketing.
**About the Role**:
Within the **Group Production team**, you will assist Producers in their daily responsibilities, supporting a variety of projects including popular franchises such as **Gundam**, **Pac-Man**, **Sword Art Online**, and other unannounced titles.
**Missions**:
As part of the **Group Production team**, you will assist a team of Producers in the daily management of various projects, including iconic IPs such as **Gundam**, **Pac-Man**, **Sword Art Online**, as well as upcoming unannounced titles.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with Group Products Producers and Japanese counterparts to monitor the EMEA production schedule for Japan-developed titles.
- Supporting the delivery process by ensuring deadlines are met and timelines are clearly communicated to relevant internal teams (Production Services, Marketing, Digital, etc.).
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (QA, Localization, Marketing, etc.) to relay project updates and status reports.
- Maintaining and updating project documentation using Confluence and other internal tools.
- Assisting in the planning and release of post-launch content.
- Participating in game evaluations and providing feedback on specific features or content alongside Producers.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the different aspects of production within a dynamic **international environment**.
**Profil recherché**:
- Currently enrolled in a degree specialized in video game production or design
- A first experience in project management and/or the entertainment industry is appreciated
- Good knowledge in using Jira and/or Confluence
- Communication skills both written and spoken in English; knowledge of Japanese is a plus
- Interest in video games and/or Japanese culture is highly valued
- Excellent organisational skills
